Ingredients

Blueberry Banana Ingredients

  • 1 cup (5 ounces) blueberries, frozen (not thawed)
  • 3⁄4 cup (6 ounces) vanilla yogurt, nonfat
  • 1⁄2 each (1-1⁄2 ounces) banana

Blueberry Orange Whirl Ingredients

  • 1 cup (5 ounces) blueberries, frozen (not thawed)
  • 3⁄4 cup (6 ounces) vanilla yogurt, nonfat
  • 1⁄2 cup (4 ounces) orange juice, single strength

Instructions

  1. Place frozen blueberries, yogurt and banana in blender (and orange juice for Orange Whirl)
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour into 16-ounce serving glass
  4. Serve immediately

Recipe Tip

Blended, uncooked blueberries will gel upon standing. If not served immediately, reblend mixture until smooth before serving.
