Recipe: Blueberry Honey Sauce


  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice


  1. In a small saucepan, combine honey and ginger
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Stir in blueberries
  4. Return to a boil
  5. Remove from heat
  6. Stir in lemon juice
  7. Transfer mixture to a blender container and whirl until smooth
  8. Serve over Blueberry-Lemon Charlotte or spoon over cut-up fruits
