- 168g of Blueberry Tarragon Tonic (NSA) (see sub-recipe)
- 60g of ice
- 58g of vodka (Optional)
- 28g of fresh blueberries, lightly muddled
- 1 lemon twist
Blueberry Tarragon Tonic (NSA)
- 27g of tonic water, carbonated
- 29g of club soda, carbonated
- 3g of lime juice
- 4.55g of Tarragon NSA Simple Syrup (see sub-recipe)
- 1.85g of blueberry juice concentrate
- 0.02g of Angostura bitters
Tarragon NSA Simple Syrup
- 6.22g of tarragon leaf, fresh
- 1340.20g of tap water, filtered
- 18g of agave inulin/stevia powder
- 0.04g of monkfruit extract
- 0.2g of sea salt
- 0.74g of gum acacia
- 14g of lemon juice, fresh
- 6.22g of lemon zest, fresh
- 0.35g of xanthan gum
- 1g of natural flavor, gin booster-type (OC-05717)
Instructions
Blueberry Tonic Smash
- Pour all ingredients over ice and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with lemon twist
Blueberry Tarragon Tonic (NSA)
- Combine ingredients.
- Package in PET bottle. Apply pressure to carbonate to 15 psi (pounds per square inch).
Makes 1 6-ounce serving.
Hold time/shelf life: 6 months, refrigerated.
Tarragon NSA Simple Syrup
- Blend all ingredients.
- Heat to 185°F in a saucepan.
- Remove from heat; cover. Hold 10 minutes.
- Strain, pack, label, and refrigerate.
